Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Lemma account, and the data associated with it, at any time. This applies to accounts you signed in to and to guest accounts alike.

1.Delete it yourself, in the game

This is the quickest way, and it takes effect immediately. It works the same on the web at lemma-stem.com and in the Android app.

1. Open Lemma and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open the menu (the ☰ button at the top right).
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete forever.

2.Or ask us by email

If you can no longer sign in, or would rather we did it for you, email letslearnnemo@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Lemma account". Send it from the email address on the account, or tell us your display name (including the number after it, such as Name#1234) so we can find it. We will delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

Guest accounts have no email address attached, so we cannot look one up by email. Please delete a guest account from inside the game, on the device you play on.

3.What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• your account and sign-in details, including your email address
• your profile and display name
• all lesson progress, round results, stars and levels
• coins, gems and other currencies, and their history
• items, crafted creations and achievements
• friends, friend requests and blocks
• your activity and streak history

This cannot be undone. A deleted account cannot be recovered, and its progress cannot be moved to a new account.

4.What is kept

If you sent us a bug report from inside the game, the description of the problem is kept so we can still fix it, but it is no longer linked to you: your account is detached from it and the email address on it is erased.
